My day in the life 

Hey My name is James Brown and this is what a day in the life would look like from the eyes of me, this is what I would normally do on a Tuesday. Tuesdays are one of my favourite days of the week as i am normally really busy and going fun activities that I enjoy.

8:30am Walk up and check my phone for any notifications.

8:50am I have breakfast and get ready for the day.🍲

9:00am I head to the gym at the gym I listen to music on Spotify through my AirPods and track my workout on my apple watch. 

10:30am I finish my workout and head back home.

11:00am I check my emails and canvas before scrolling through TikTok and Instagram as well as talk to a couple of my friends on Messages and FaceTime.

12:00pm I catch up on any work I need to do by checking canvas and Microsoft teams.

12:40pm I make lunch and get myself ready for class.🥘 today I had wrap.

01:00pm I join my class by getting on zoom. 

04:00pm class finishes and I get ready for hockey, i also get a quick snack and a piece of fruit and head off.

05:00pm Arrive at hockey where I coach a junior team before training, normally I listen to music while driving there.

06:15pm Coaching finishes and while I wait for my training to start I get some food and scroll through social media 

07:00pm Training starts 

09:30pm Training finishes and I use a GPS tracking vest to track how well my session went. This training session I ran about 6km and as you can see from this heat map i covered most of the ground but I was mostly in the midfield for the majority of it.

 

10:00pm Arrive back home again normally I listen to music while heading home. 

10:15pm Have dinner and get ready for bed.🥘 tonights dinner was some pasta and garlic bread.

10:20pm Before I go to bed normally i'll watch something on Netflix,  Disney+,  Youtube Etc. One of my favourite series to watch is drive to survive

11:30pm I head to bed.😴💤
